Do I have to pay back the ERC?

No, the ERC is a tax credit you are receiving for taxes your business may have already paid. The ERC is not a loan.

How long will it take to receive my ERC Credit?

The submission process will take 1-2 weeks and it will take a minimum of 20 weeks for the IRS to issue your credit. We are committed to making this process as smooth and efficient as possible for you and your business.

Can you get the ERC and the PPP?

Absolutely! There was an update to the Disaster Tax Relief Act that allows companies that received the PPP to still be eligible to receive the ERC.

What if I did not pay any income taxes?

You can still qualify for the ERC. The ERC is based on payroll taxes, not income tax.

I’m self-employed, can I still take advantage of the ERC?

Payroll taxes paid on yourself or immediate family members will not qualify for ERC if you own over 50% of your company.

Will I have to pay taxes on my ERC Credit?

No, the ERC credit will not be considered as income. However, we strongly suggest that you provide the credit information to your CPA for tax purposes.

How do I pay my service fee?

We feel strongly that we should not get paid until you receive your check/checks from the IRS. As you receive a check you will simply pay our service fee with the funds you just received.
